Remove the outer shell, lift the hinged tab on the fuel port plug and unscrew it. Fill slowly until the cotton is soaked, then refasten the plug. Allow any residue to evaporate before lighting. Full step-by-step instructions are included in the product manual.

Are the flint and wick replaceable?

Yes. Use a standard 2.2mm lighter flint, available at most hardware stores, tobacconists, and online retailers. Use a replacement wick that comes with a threading needle, compatible with liquid fuel lighters — the needle is required to thread the wick through the lighter body. Full step-by-step instructions are included in the product manual.

How long can I keep it lit?

No longer than 10 seconds at a time. Extended use causes heat buildup.

Can I travel with it?

Empty lighters are generally permitted in carry-on baggage per TSA guidelines, but rules vary by airline and country. Always check current TSA and airline policies before flying.

Is it available internationally?

At the moment it's only available in the US.

When will my order ship?

Domestic orders typically ship within 3–5 business days (excluding holidays), unless otherwise noted on a product page. Once packed and ready for pickup, you'll receive a confirmation email. Orders confirmed after 2 PM EST usually ship the following business day.

When you depress the swingarm to load it with opposing force, the top swings open. Then, you release your thumb, and the arm returns that force to strike the flint, sparking the flame. When you're ready to snuff it out, the top swings shut, and we're back to zero. From there, you'll probably want to do it again. And maybe again a few times after that.

Why? Well, maybe you've got a lot of candles around the house. Or a bit of a thing for bottle rockets. Or, and this is our hunch, it's just a fun and satisfying thing to do with your hands.
