Works okay with standard keys. Car fobs can fit over the twist but the loop is to small for the fob to lay flat in pockets. Like looks but impractical with today's key systems.

Unfortunately my keys kept falling off the opening. I wish they made it so you can close all the way. I had to return them cause I was afraid I was going to lose my keys.
