With the introduction of our For Life Guarantee, we’re formalizing our commitment to quality and endurance. If you ever receive something from us that falls short of our standards or your expectations, we’ll take care of it. If it breaks, we’ll fix it. If it fails, we’ll replace it.

Exclusions apply. Apparel and third-party products not covered. Due to its consumable nature, the Best Wine Key is covered for five years from date of purchase.

Every original Craighill product is covered For Life, with the exceptions of apparel and the Best Wine Key.
The Best Wine Key is covered for 5 years from the date of purchase.
Apparel, refills, and products from third-party manufacturers are excluded from the For Life Guarantee.
Excluded third-party products include the Granule Hourglass, Hobknob Bottle Stoppers, Desk Pad, and Yoshita Peeler.

We will provide a pre-paid label and instructions on how to ship it back to us.
From there, we will repair or replace the product and return it to you in top form.
We offer free returns and exchanges on eligible domestic orders within 30 days of delivery. We do not allow returns or exchanges for engraved products, Mystery Boxes, and opened Playing Cards.
Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
For all orders placed directly at our online store, please visit our returns portal to initiate your return or exchange. For other orders placed through third parties or for a Flux Table Light return, please contact support@craighill.co to request a return label.
