I ordered this as a gift for my mom for her bday and had it sent to her. She sent me photos of the figure and it had a lot of damage and I was devastated so I sent the photos to their customer support and bunny was in contact with me, they were quick to apologize and didn’t hesitate to send me a new one! I appreciate the effort they took to make this transaction happen so that my mom can enjoy the smiles that little marcel brings ! They even sent a photo of the new marcel and packaged it in plastic wrap so he doesn’t get scratched in transit ! The new ones on the way !

Marcel has taken up daily residence in my office. He's made well, with natural flaws, as he really would be from his daily life. I love him and would definitely recommend to a friend, in fact I have.
