Who is eligible to apply?

We welcome applications from:

  • Registered businesses with a valid resale certificate or business license
  • Brick-and-mortar shops, e-commerce retailers, interior designers, and industry professionals
  • Partners who share our design values and aesthetic

Craighill reviews each application to ensure the right fit. We reserve the right to approve or decline at our discretion.

What are your minimum order requirements?

$500 for your opening order. $250 for all reorders.

How long will it take to receive my order?

If all of the products are in stock we are able to ship within 5-7 business days. If you need a quicker turnaround time please work with your Account Manager to arrange.

What are your payment terms?

We require payment upon fulfillment of the order.

Net terms may be available for domestic accounts upon approval.

Where can I sell Craighill products?

Craighill products may be sold through a retail storefront, e-commerce platform, or design/trade practice. Resale on third-party marketplaces (Amazon, ebay, Walmart, etc.) is strictly prohibited.

Can I use your product photos and descriptions?

Absolutely, we encourage it! Please reach out to your Account Manager for access.

Do you have a MAP Policy?

Yes, we do. All retailers must strictly follow our MAP Policy in order to maintain a fair and competitive market.
