I ordered the Marcel for a number of people. They all loved it so much! Family and friends in other parts of the country that I knew loved the movie as much as I did. One was for a co-worker, so I got to see heft it in person and I loved it so much I knew I had to order one for myself (why didn't I order one for myself initially you ask? Because you take care of family and friends first, like when the oxygen mask drops down in flight in an airliner lol). It's heavy and detailed and perfectly captures Marcel. The one I ordered for myself never arrived, I got a bizarre notification from the USPS that it had been delivered to an "agent." I contacted Ray at customer support and he suggested we wait a few days to see if maybe it showed up. Today it hadn't showed up, I let Ray know, and he immediately initiated a new order for me. Unbelievably awesome, such great support, such great products, says great people. You rock Craighill!
