The Role
We are looking for a Wholesale Manager to join our team and play a key role in the development and management of Craighill’s wholesale relationships.
Your work will include ongoing communication with our partners and prospects, keeping them informed of what’s new and relevant, as well as analysis and account-based projections based on historical sales.
You will stay up to date on developments in the retail landscape, top prospects, target markets, and other clear and exciting opportunities for growth.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience – 4+ years of relevant experience in wholesale account management, preferably in the Home Decor, Gifting, Design or Lifestyle spaces
- Relationship Builder – You enjoy talking to new people and asking questions, with an eye towards understanding needs and making informed suggestions
- Product Passion – Genuine love and excitement about our products, how they’re made, how they enhance customer’s lives
- Expert Communicator – Eager to make sure information is shared clearly and transparently with teammates and outside partners
- Data Savvy – At home analyzing sales reports, identifying trends, and zeroing in on opportunities for growth
- Process Oriented – Comfortable utilizing tools to structure and automate repeatable tasks, keep track of important communication, and save time
- Love Winning – Goals motivate you, you set them for yourself independently, you have a healthy competitive streak
