The Piecemakers Open Call

The search for the next great mechanical puzzle is officially on. Gather your devious designs, take seductive pics of your prototype, or just pick up a pencil and start to dream — submissions are now open for the Piecemakers Open Call.

Entry, Rules, & Prizes

Enter your name, email, upload design files, and share an optional statement telling us everything you think we need to know about this puzzle design.
All file types are permitted, please share photos, drawings, videos, and if you have CAD that we can 3D print, that’s ideal. We’d love to be able to play with your puzzle.
If you have multiple designs, you can submit up to 5.
We will select 5 finalists based on our evaluation of the quality and uniqueness of the design, as well as adherence to the criteria laid out in the video above. All 5 finalists go into consideration for being produced as Craighill puzzles.
The Craighill community will then vote on the designs and choose the “Community Favorite”.
All 5 finalists will receive the full Craighill Puzzle Collection (6 puzzles, estimated value of $731).
The Community Favorite will receive the Full Puzzle Collection plus a $1000 Craighill Gift Card (estimated value of $1731).
Contest closes February 2025.
In submitting your design, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions.
Once you hit the Enter Contest button, an email will be sent asking for you to verify your account. Be sure to check your spam folder and move it to your primary inbox.
Once verified and successfully logged in, you will be directed to your Craighill.co account page. Once there, click on the orange ‘Go to Store’ button. You will now have access to your Piecemakers Open Call file submissions via the now visible ‘Piecemakers Open Call’ link.
