1. Eligibility:

• The Wine Key Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees of Craighill, André Hueston Mack, Maison Noir Wines, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.

2. Giveaway Period:

• The Giveaway begins on Tuesday, February 6th, 2024, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on Tuesday, February 13th, 2024, at 11:59 PM ET (the "Giveaway Period").

3. How to Enter:

• To enter, participants must engage with the Giveaway announcement post on the Craighill and André Hueston Mack social channels.
• Entrants can enter by providing their email address or engaging with the post by tagging a friend and liking the post and other comments.
• Multiple entries per person are allowed; however, each entry method can only be used once per person.
• Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the organizers.

4. Prizes:

• Prizes for the Giveaway include:
  • 1 Wine Key
  • $105 gift card to Maison Noir Wines wine shop
  • 1 signed copy of André's Book - "99 Bottles: A Black Sheep's Guide to Life-Changing Wines"
  • 1 PANIER Luca bag
• The total approximate retail value ("ARV") of all prizes is $428.
• Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Giveaway organizer's sole discretion.

5. Winner Selection:

• Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
• The drawing will be conducted within 3 days after the end of the Giveaway Period.
• The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

6. Winner Notification:

• Winners will be notified via email and/or direct message on the social media platform used for entry within 5 days following the winner selection.
• The winners must respond within 7 days of notification to claim their prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within this timeframe or fails to claim the prize, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Publicity:

• By participating in the Giveaway, participants grant the Giveaway organizers permission to use their names, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions:

• The Giveaway organizers reserve the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond their reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.
• By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Giveaway organizers and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.
• This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform where the Giveaway may be promoted.

9. Privacy:

• Any personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will not be disclosed to any third party unless required by law.

10. Governing Law:

• The Giveaway and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of the Giveaway organizers, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.
