I love the weight of this bottle opener, and it's nice to have a quality object out on the bar during a party, versus any old bottle opener. This fits the bill perfectly. The only drawback is that I think I hear metal on glass when I open a bottle, just a quiet scratch, and I'd expect there to be a clearance to the glass--contact only on the cap--so as to avoid chipping. This is a minor quibble. But I haven't noticed actual chips yet, still happy with the purchase.
