Position Description

Our business lives squarely at the intersection of creativity and commerce. We design our products to balance beauty and utility, and these two needs help provide a lens through which we make many decisions. The Junior Ecomm Producer lives at this intersection as well, ensuring that our marketing drives revenue, while also making certain that our communication is sharp, engaging, and playful.

Whether we’re sending an email campaign highlighting a new release, concepting an ad to drive traffic to our website, or coordinating a complex photoshoot, the space between practicality and aesthetic magic is front-of-mind at all times. By remaining consistent in our marketing cadence, we can generate reliable results and plan for growth. By remaining nimble and experimental in our creative execution, we can hold our community’s attention, and continue to surprise them with fascinating ideas and exciting new products.

The Junior Ecomm Producer balances technical marketing skills, clear communication, and a genuine fascination with the process of telling stories and forging meaningful connections. By dedicating time and resources to these priorities, we will better be able to shine a light on our world, and invite new people to join us on our journey.
