Great product, fantastic customer service

I haven't yet had a chance to use the flask much just yet, but it seems solid and is beautiful. I am more impressed with Craighill's customer service. The flask I received wasn't functional (cap was cross-threaded and wouldn't screw on). Easily and quickly exchanged for a second flask that had some cosmetic issues. That one was again quickly and easily exchanged for the one I now have and love.
