The Notrax Cutting Board is composed of high-density rubber, and it is a true wonder under the knife. With the Notrax, each knife stroke is met with just the right amount of give, protecting the knife’s blade and keeping it sharper for longer.

Weighing in at 5.6 lbs, the grippy characteristic of the rubber prevents it from sliding about as you chop, dice, or julienne.

Cleaning is a breeze, with a bit of soap and water. While it’s not dishwasher safe, due to rubber’s sensitivity to high heat, the Notrax is very easy to maintain as the non-porous surface requires little scrubbing. As long as it’s kept at reasonable temperatures, warping is of no concern. After sustained use and abuse, if any blemishes are just too much to bear, simply sand the rubber down with a standard piece of sandpaper and your board will be good as new.

We’re pleased to offer the Notrax in four pleasantly muted colors. You can choose one that strikes your fancy, or for the fully equipped kitchen, all four can can be deployed to avoid cross-contamination: red for meat, yellow for poultry, blue for fish, and green for vegetables.
