Your to-do list will never feel more like an edict than when you touch an Embassy Pen to Desk Pad paper. Rumor has it Willie Nelson uses the set to remember the names of the 70+ horses on his ranch, and Alex Trebek once used them when Jeopardy prompts came to him in the midnight hour.

The Embassy Pen is a weighty brass instrument of luxury that requires an endless supply of top quality paper for the unbridled up-tick in note-taking it produces. The Desk Pad features perforated note paper affixed to the frame with two stately brass nuts for easy refill. The confluence of these two smartly appointed curios is perfect for menus and mandates alike.

Writer's Duo - The key to a habit of writing

I got this set as means to start a daily writing habit. I figured that one key to success would be to make it fun and make it beautiful. The pen is outstanding! Heavy, balanced, well-designed and gorgeous. The pad is large and simple and makes for easy writing of small ideas or quick notes to friends and family.
